My wife and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and we had a lovely time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the fact that they all spoke English, which made our vacation even more comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we didn't want to be too far from the beach. It took us only a few minutes to walk there. we were able to easily explore the nearby towns of Lucca and Pietrasanta thanks to the well-connected public transportation system.

The room we were assigned to had a few issues. the towels were only changed every three days, which wasn't ideal for us.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location near the promenade, the cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff who spoke English. The hotel facilities and parking were also good.

Lovely family hotel. Polite and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good location, close to the beach and many cafes/restaurants. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. Parking was not a problem. Fresh and tasty breakfasts.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of a bustling area, just a few minutes away from the sea. the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood is perfect for those who enjoy exploring new places and trying out different restaurants. the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, always making sure that guests have everything they need. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities.

The lack of hooks in the bathroom could be annoying who need to hang towels or beach accessories.

The staff was helpful and spoke English well, which was really appreciated. the hotel was located close to the beach and had easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit and tasty coffee.

The room we were given wasn't very comfortable and lacked a separate space to hang our beach towels and swimsuits. the furniture was outdated and could have used an update.
